How do I access my cPanel?

There are two ways to access your Control Panel (cPanel). These instructions assume your email address listed with us is up to date.

Using our Website

The easiest and recommended way to log into your Control Panel is to log into the client area (above menu) because you only have to login once. If you do not know the password, simply reset your password by clicking here.

1. Choose My Services from the menu above (if you can not see the link, you must log into your account first).

2. Click View Details next to the account you want to access.

3. For each account there is a link to the cPanel for that account. You should be able to log in automatically. If you are not automatically logged in, your password may need to be updated.

Using the Control Panel

Alternatively you can directly log into your Control Panel by typing this into your web browser address bar:

cpanel.example.com

Replace 'example.com' with your actual domain name without the 'www' part. You will need to enter your username and password manually, and your domain name needs to be pointing to our servers for this to work.

NOTE: The username and password is the same as your FTP username and password.

Changing your password

1. Choose My Services from the menu above (if you can not see the link, you must log into your account first).

2. Click View Details next to the account you want to access.

3. Click Change Password. You should be able to view your current password, with the option to update it. Please ensure that your password is Strong
